1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or utilizing any services provided by SimSoDoc Technologies ("SimSoDoc"), including our website at simsodoc.com, CI/CD integrations, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, and API endpoints, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Service
SimSoDoc delivers automated AST codebase analysis, cross-repository execution simulation, and living architectural documentation generation. We provide access under developer preview, beta, and commercial subscription tiers.
3. Intellectual Property & Customer Ownership
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership over your proprietary source code, repository structures, configuration files, and generated architectural specifications. SimSoDoc claims no copyright or proprietary interest in your code inputs or generated outputs.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use SimSoDoc to analyze intentionally malicious binaries, probe third-party repositories without authorization, or circumvent rate-limiting or security controls.
5. Service Level & Warranty Disclaimer
Beta and preview services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties. We make continuous efforts to maintain high availability and accurate simulation models.
