SimSoDoc Technologies ("SimSoDoc", "we", "us", or "our") provides an autonomous system simulation and documentation intelligence platform. We recognize the utmost sensitivity and confidentiality of your proprietary software codebases, architectural designs, and internal documentation.

2. Information We Process

Account Credentials: Name, work email address (@company.com), and authentication tokens.
Source Code & Abstract Syntax Trees (ASTs): Code files, Git diffs, configuration manifests, and dependency graphs submitted through our CI/CD webhooks or local MCP servers.
Operational Telemetry: Anonymized invocation latency, token caching hit ratios, and error logs.

3. Zero Model Training on Proprietary Code

SimSoDoc operates strictly via commercial API agreements with frontier foundation model providers, primarily Anthropic PBC. Under these agreements:

✓ Zero Customer Code Retention for Training

✓ No Foundation Model Weights are updated with your inputs

✓ Strict Ephemeral Memory Processing

4. Data Encryption & Storage

All data transferred between your local environments, our MCP servers, and foundation model endpoints is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Code fragments stored in memory for prompt caching are secured under isolated tenant scopes and expire automatically.
